Honestly, the Sign In-Out and billing features alone made the switch worth it. Running a small center means I wear about six hats at once, and Kinderlime cut down a lot of the administrative chaos I used to just accept as part of the job. Parent Connect is genuinely useful too. Families stopped texting me directly for daily updates once they figured out the app, which freed up more of my day than I expected.
That said, I've bumped into some edge cases over the past year that the platform doesn't handle gracefully. Split-family billing (divorced parents, separate payment setups) took a lot of manual workarounds before I found a method that stuck. And if a child has an irregular schedule that changes week to week, the system gets a little awkward. Customer support was helpful when I reached out, but response times were slower than I'd like. Nothing that made me want to leave, just friction I wasn't counting on.
