Meet your PC's new champion, MalwareBuster. After years of development in a tech support arena, MalwareBuster was born because traditional AV tools like McAfee and MalwareBuster would leave tons of malware and viruses behind. Leaving those remnants allowed for reinfection of the PC. With technicians on the phone and in a remote session, time is money and so we began to develop tools to remove malware and viruses faster and more completely. MalwareBuster went from a tool to pick up what was left behind to the primary tool techs used. As many malware tools have gravitated to safer and easier to clean systems in enterprise we decided to duke it out for the regular consumer who still needs a champion. We built a new interface so that a consumer could easily remove the malware without technician intervention and then built in scheduled scans and proprietary kill requests. No asking nicely, we bust malware, ransomware, and viruses in their tracks.
