What is MaxContact?
MaxContact is a software company with a difference. Formed by a group of contact centre professionals who had become frustrated with solution providers that over promised and under delivered on features, support and resilience. Since then, we have become one of the fastest growing contact centre specialists in the UK, going from strength to strength. We are so confident we can provide a better overall solution that we offer free trials and currently have a 97% uptake rate against existing solutions. We also pride ourselves on delivering solutions tailored to our clients’ needs, solving complex problems and providing ‘works as expected’ features and functionality. We provide IVR payment gateways, automation, custom integration and applications because we understand the complexities of clients demands. We have a strong ethos of building relationships with our clients. We have built our product and recent features based on client feedback and requirements, becoming a ‘go to’ company and cutting through unnecessary complexity with our solutions. Currently hosted in Microsoft Azure cloud platform we excel in solution resilience, product and company compliance and being G-Cloud Certified so, whatever you’re looking for, you can be confident in partnering with us.
