Most of my COI work happens away from a desk. Vendor meetings off-site, board prep at home, the occasional scramble on my phone between programs. myCOI holds up well in all of that. The mobile experience is clean enough that I can pull up a certificate or check a compliance status without needing to be back at my laptop.
The automated expiry alerts alone have saved me from at least two awkward vendor conversations. My one real gripe: uploading new certificates from a phone is clunkier than it should be, and the file-picker behavior feels inconsistent. Not a dealbreaker, but they should fix it.
