Rolling this out across a team of 200-plus people could have been a nightmare. It wasn't. NinjaCapture's Chrome extension installs in seconds, and onboarding new hires now takes a fraction of what it did with our old screen capture tools. Three years in, and I'm still impressed by how little resistance I get from staff, even the ones who hate new software.
