Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
Oaisys offers a feature-rich, user-friendly product, but its support model is a serious barrier for smaller companies. The core complaint is access to technical help: users must obtain a Tech ID by paying for a training class before they can reach support staff, and even promised post-installation assistance proves difficult to secure. One reviewer paid for the software but couldn't get it working properly and couldn't connect with either the support team or the installer to resolve the issue. If your company doesn't have the budget or appetite for upfront paid training just to unlock basic support access, this product may leave you stranded when problems arise.

The product itself is decent. It has a lot of features and is pretty easy to use. But if you are a smaller company and think you'll need any support at all, I would encourage you to look elsewhere. In order to speak with a tech, you have to have a Tech ID - which requires a class that is not free to take. If you don't have a Tech ID, you cannot get support. We were told that we would have 10 days to talk with the installer if issues arise but I cannot get the guy on the phone. In essence, we've paid for a product that doesn't work as it should and we can't get them to fix it.
