Clean. Intuitive. Honestly a little bit of a relief. Coming from a clunky spreadsheet setup, the Phenom interface felt surprisingly approachable within the first week. Everything I touch daily, the candidate pipeline view, the career site editor, the CRM filters, sits exactly where you'd expect it to. Nothing buried.
For a small recruiting team like ours, there's no room for a platform that eats up half your day just to navigate. Phenom doesn't do that. The AI-driven candidate matching surfaced in the dashboard is genuinely useful, not decorative. Less than three months in and I'm already comfortable showing it to new hires on day one.
