Cons Al principio puede ser algo difícil adaptarse y aprender a usarlo pero gracias a su buen soporte técnico hace de la experiencia algo mas llevadero y digerible para quedarse con el producto. People from Precoro were too professional and equally patient in answering to all our minor to major questions, even if we kept asking the same question again and again for perfection, they kept smiling all the way through until our whole team learnt Precoro by 100%. Cons In certain areas, we cannot customize few things as per our company standards like putting our electronic signatures (similar to DocuSign), there were many unused or not needed fields as per middle eastern pattern. Review for Precoro Pros - The ability of us users to create and update reports for our usage is very helpful- Its easy to use precoro, the set up is easy to understand and follow through activities. Does not exactly require additional technical expertise to use the system. - The graphical analyses assists in analyses, costs and effectiveness and efficiency of procurement processes. Cons - The system does not value inventory so not good for inventory management. This also proves the system not suitable for stock replenishment. Comments (Benefits) - Provides the plaform to control procurement workflow. Initially LPO were just done anyhow without control and access to review the need to purchase something or not.
