Comments: The ability to centralise all risk information into one database and have this information used by staff across the business Pros: That all risk information can be centralised on to one database and that reports are easily accessible. Cons: For users who do not use ERM extensively the system can seem cumbersome and training staff can take some time particularly as we are in a regional area.
