“I have left 3 voice messages and sent 3 emails…”
I have left 3 voice messages and sent 3 emails to support team and no response of any kind. My keep vault services have stopped working and I am unable to back up critical information on my company server. I would suggest you avoid this company. I am working on getting a refund for the remainder of my term and pursuing other online backup options.

I use KeepVault to back up my home business and it works great. I had a problem with my Western Digital Sentinel connecting to the network and the KeepVault customer service walked me through the whole process.
