“The best part about Qarrot is how easy and self-explanable…”
The best part about Qarrot is how easy and self-explanable its features are. I have been able to input dozens, if not hundreds of actions and redeemed several rewards without any problems. The Qarrot platform allows for personalization, communication, and very streamlined event planning. Many times our administration has used Qarrot to make our events come together, provide greater monetary incentive and has even become a new social media of sorts. The only downside to Qarrot is that there doesn't seem to be a way to automate the confirmation of actions, which sometimes leads to weeks of wait from the users to the team leaders. Of course this problem is made worse than it really is because of some of the members of our administration are less committed to the Qarrot experiment than others.

“I've got to say, when I was contemplating choosing Qarrot…”
I've got to say, when I was contemplating choosing Qarrot as our Firm's rewards and recognition platform, I wasn't sure how much engagement we'd get. Qarrot, however, has surpassed my expectations, as it's easy to use, fun, interactive and provides great campaigns and rewards. Qarrot doesn't integrate with our HRIS, Paycom, unfortunately. If you're looking for an easy to use, yet very effective rewards and recognition platform, I would encourage you to try Qarrot. We received lower than expected scores last year on our employee recognition so we wanted to implement a platform where our employees at all levels can timely recognize and celebrate the milestones, and birthdays and anniversaries. We also think that Qarrot has enhanced our ability to send timely announcements.

The ease of setting up the platform that allows you to engage with the team and to reward for hard work, Allows co-workers and groups to recognize each other in a real-time environment even for remote staff. Qarrot is very easy to use from both an administrator view and for the end user. I like that you can give your co workers the appreciation they deserve. Your able to recognise them for different achievements. Tell your co workers Happy Birthday. There are plenty of gift cards to choose from for gifts. It enhances employee engagement and teamwork. The great feature is that I can get and give feedback from/to my colleagues. It is definitely very interactive. There is nothing bad that I have personally faced through this Recognition to all staff.
