“Excellent Experience” The ability for multiple users to have open and edit one document simultaneously has saved us countless hours of versioning and editing. From implementation to end-users daily use, Qorus was easy to implement, quick to troubleshoot issues, and well received when rolling out to our organization. It would be helpful to have a way to combine Q&A items into one document for SME updates. In other words, the auto-generated email has all of the content in one email/document for review/approval, rather than that multiple Q&A documents and therefore multiple Q&A update emails. We were looking for a better way to organize content and streamline our overall proposal process. We had three crucial needs in a content library: Word Q&A info, PPT slides, and exhibit documents of various file types. Qorus gave us a single solution to store all of the content, with the bonus of allowing multiple users to simultaneously edit a project document.

I like how Qorus as a software allows the users to be collaborate. With our firm, we are located in different parts of the world, so this is very useful for us with building pitches. I also like the support we receive from the Qorus team especially when we need to work on improving our internal processes using the tool. The support team is extremly helpful. I understand that there are newer versions of the tool that would help us in improving our process. So far, the version that we have is sometimes lacking with what the business is asking from us. I look forward to continue working with the team to further develop the tool that we have. Since we are a global firm, one of our pain points is having a centralized location for all our content and pitches. With us using Qorus, this helped us address this issue . We are now seeing a holistic view of the opportunities we are working on and this helps us strategize.

Nothing, that I can think of. Yes, Qorus continues to spit out new valuable features. Recommendations to others considering the product: Do the 30-day free trail. You will love it! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am in the financial services business, specializing in helping people get out of debt rapidly to free up cash flow, to more funds to inve. "Best collaboration and RFP response with proposal document; soup to nuts" What do you like best? Clear linking to relavent material links along with custom presentation pitches with sample other proposals for RFP responses. When Quorus linked to word or office suite it also searches in other sharepoint sites and related material links readily available. What do you dislike? Every time you search previous search lost its relevance and you have to start all over from beginning. cut and paste is little tricky to get quorus software to understand Tables and figures so one has to merge from different doc into one. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Collaborations of RFP responses and bringing all like documents together cuts response time in half.

The Qorus platform is easy to use, easy to understand and an overall fantastic tool for our business. Qorus is flexible, it caters for various needs across our business. It functions as a modern end to end tool that allows users a single place to monitor their projects. The Breeze plugin is an ingenious solution that enables us to keep our content up to date and get our documents client ready at speed. Qorus has helped us move away from email based project work. Previously it was incredibly difficult to see how our projects were progressing. We also had no way of understanding how long certain stages were taking. We can now accurately track and measure our opportunities. We can find gaps in our processes and easily see where we excel. It has encouraged collaboration amongst team members and has enabled greater accuracy and accountability. At Qorus we have amazing support where we are listened to and our suggestions are taken on board.

"Modern and agile Content Management System" Qorus is a software that focuses on integration. A selling point for us was how it was cloud-based yet using our own Office 365 solution and storage. We control the data, it is not hosted on a third party website, which also simplified Vendor Risk Mgmt. The user experience was definitely at the center stage for Qorus. The tool is intuitive for users and does not require complex training like other CMS we have evaluated. Yet it allows for complex proposal writing and automation to respond to questionnaires. Also includes modern features such as collaboration with others, internal rating of content, feedback to the Admin and much more. Particularly like the fact that it allows to send a URL in lieu of an attachment which then gives back information to the sender once recipient has opened it. API ready, integrated with Dynamics, SFDC and then some.

“What I like best about Qorus is the fact that…”
What I like best about Qorus is the fact that you can have uniform approved content at your fingertips, with a variety of Office add-ins where you consume content most often. Being able to create/join multiple content hubs are also extremely helpful. Overall a really fantastic product. Recently received support from the Qorus team where I had an issue regarding seeing content assets from multiple campaigns - within a few hours we had a screen-sharing session with their team and got everything resolved. Major win to have outstanding customer service. I recently had a minor issue with authenticating my account in order to view content assets. The button action in question wasn't obvious, however the team had a great speedy response in order to assist. Other than this, I haven't experienced any "down-sides" to using Qorus. Having approved, streamlined content at my fingertips - it's accessible via the Qorus portal, or I can surface the relevant content through my Qorus Office Add-ins.

“Qorus is a must-have for our company” Overall: We have been using this software for seven years and have been very impressed with it. Each version gets better and better and it is a must-have in our company. Pros: The ease of use. Ability to collaborate. The storing of all our content, including creating new sources for presentation mix and matching. The add-in makes is so easy to insert content. Cons: It's not easy to see all the pursuits and information related to them in one view. Reasons for Switching to QorusDocs: Originally it was because our company wasn't ready to go to the cloud and Qvidian was requiring all clients to switch. So we did some research and Qorus was by far the best fit for us.
