Customer support is the thing that usually breaks my trust in a tool. Six months in, and Reclaim.ai has done the opposite. Every time I've hit a wall, whether it was getting habit blocks to sync correctly with our shared team calendar or figuring out why a recurring task kept getting bumped, someone actually responded within a few hours. Not a canned reply. A real answer from someone who clearly read what I wrote.
The tool itself has been a quiet miracle for our small education nonprofit. My schedule used to be a graveyard of back-to-back calls with zero breathing room. Now I have focus blocks that actually hold, and the AI does a decent job of rescheduling around them when something urgent drops in. Onboarding took a little patience, mostly around connecting everything to our Google Workspace setup, but I got through it with two support conversations. Both were warm and specific. No runaround.
If you're evaluating this for a nonprofit or education context, the support quality matters more than you might expect. Smaller teams can't afford to lose hours troubleshooting.
