Before using Sanebox I felt stressed out with my emails. I'm one of those people that needs a really clear inbox (not sure how people manage with double figures, never mind hundreds/thousands of emails to sort!!!) With Sanebox, I can get my emails sorted into tasks that need immediate attention and ones that I can review at my leisure. I absolutely LOVE SaneReminders where I can get my email bounced back to me for taking action on at a later date, leaving me to deal with the important tasks. I cannot recommend Sanebox highly enough, it definitely saves my sanity and hours of my life! Thanks Sanebox, keep up the great work!

Before using Sanebox my e-mail accounts were unmanageable. We’re talking 20,000+ in my inbox. My main account is on so many genuine services and so many spam lists that I was getting hundreds of e-mails daily and having to scan through for genuinely important stuff - often missing things. Since using Sanebox I actually get the important e-mails straight to my inbox, and everything else goes into the other folders, sorted so I can check newsletters, or promotional material, order receipts but it doesn’t get in the way of anything important. It has saved me so much time trying to sort through things manually, but more importantly it has saved me from the stress of potentially missing some vitally important e-mail because it got lost in the mire. I have been using SaneBox for over a year - and love it. I have the upper end account that covers all of my business e-mail addresses as well as my private one. I can guaranty that this application saves me well over an hour, if not more, a day of going through e-mails. I get tons of solicitations - and once I have them trained, I never see them again. SaneBox is awesome! Before I was a subscriber I would get hundreds of emails into my inbox and would be a slave to redirecting them throughout my day. I tried using Outlook rules, but doing so was time consuming and required ongoing management. With SaneBox, training happens with a simple move to any one of my SaneFolders and any emails from that sender are now trained to arrive into that folder. It has reduced my email management time by at least 30 minutes a day and has increased my focus time when I am by at least 100%.

I've been very impressed with SaneBox - it certainly helps ease my general email anxiety by separating out the emails that have people I actually am in correspondence with from all other emails. I particularly like the features that allow me to drag and drop emails into action oriented folders (SaneLater or Archive) where I don't have to see them again! I also love that there is a digest so I can pick out the emails that may accidentally have gotten sorted as unimportant (usually from new contacts who I've never emailed before). For me, more so than time, it saves me the hassle of having to visually deal with clutter in my inbox. For any organizing junkies out there, I would highly recommend SaneBox.

Since I use it I review the clutter two times a day and "rescue" the wanted, all inside a one-page Website. The remaining stuff is dismissed via a simple Button, labeled delete all in the digest. I know this sounds like advertising but it WILL change the way you use your Mail.

This is my second year of using SaneBox. And the fact that when I resubscribed, I paid for another two years says a lot about how I feel about this service! Before I started using Sanebox, I got so inundated by mail each day that I finally gave up and just stopped using it. At the same time, I knew there were probably important things hidden in all that mail. Then I heard about Sanebox and decided to try it. Now I am not only caught up from all that backlog, which SaneBox helped me to do; I can easily keep up with it each day. I'm no longer overwhelmed and this service helps make sure I don't miss anything important. I could go on and on, but I don't want to tire you out. It is probably clear that ministry is a highly communication-dependent profession. It is probably less clear that many pastors manage and maintain literally hundreds of email relationships -- both within and beyond the congregation. In my context, it is not uncommon to receive 75 "respond-able" emails in a day (never mind advertising, e-newsletters, and spam). As timely responses are often of the essence, sorting and prioritization are a constant need. SaneBox has become an indispensable resource in "separating the wheat from the chaff". Before SaneBox, I would frequently overlook important messages, simply because they were lost in the thicket of the many unimportant ones. SaneBox changed that, right away, and still helps me every day to maintain the communication channels that are critical to the success of my ministry. With minimal user input, the predictive sorting offered by SaneBox has reduced my inbox stress by 90%, and has saved untold hours and effort of manual review and deletion. I cannot imagine going back to "the way it was."
