This includes our Network and Infrastructure Systems, but does not include services or software running on your Bare-Metal or Virtualized Servers. This does not include network issues outside of our control (issues with the greater Internet once your data leaves our network, though we do our best to respond to those instances of degraded service as well). We will credit you 5% of your monthly fee for every 60 minutes of downtime, starting from the time you notify us of the problem via a Support Ticket, upto 100% of your monthly fee for the affected Bare-Metal or Virtualized Server.
