Summit met the bill - they provided turnkey solutions, assisted with the setup, and have been a great partner for the 5 years that I've worked with them. On the few occasions I have needed support (usually making a change to the environment rather than an outage or issue), their support has been FAST, professional, and got me what I needed with absolutely no difficulty.

Awesome partnership with Summit - they are the best! Summit has been an awesome partner for us going on 4 years now. We started using them during the pandemic, when we really needed a way to collaborate on projects without being in the same location. They helped with some virtual desktops and networking, and since then we've grown to rely on them more and more. Jake and Justin there constantly come up with creative new solutions to make our lives easier. The tech support at Summit is always incredible. If I have an issue, it doesn't matter if its the middle of the day, at night or even on a weekend - a real human sees my support ticket and resolves it immediately. No waiting days for an answer, or trying to get past some AI-bot to a real human who can help... they are always spot-on with a quick resolution and everyone has been SO helpful. I couldn't be happier as a partner and customer!

We have been a customer since Nov 2022. Since then, we have had excellent customer service. Most of our issues involve needing a re-set. The re-set is always handled swiftly even on the weekends and evenings. Customer support made suggestions to eliminate some re-set issues we occasionally experienced with QuickBooks. Since we implemented this suggestion, the need for re-sets has been eliminated.
