We have met that mission hundreds of times...never losing sight of developing long-term relationships with the women and men who work to protect and serve our communities nationwide. We develop and market public safety software used by law enforcement and security agencies for Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD), Records Management (RMS), Mobile Computing, Jail Management, GPS Mapping, and Property Management. Our software is expanded, enhanced, and continually improved each and every year. The key to our public safety software design is a totally integrated suite of products, rather than multiple modules that "interface"? or "link"? to each other or do not talk to each other at all. And that's the way RIMS has worked since its inception. Information entered into any application is immediately available throughout the entire product suite, including computer-aided dispatch, records management, jail management, and mobile computing. RIMS does interface with the outside world; we have created dozens of links to outside vendors and their specialized products to extend the capabilities of RIMS and share data with other applications. Most of our team members have 20+ years of extensive experience working for and with public safety agencies, including development, implementation, training, technical support, computer networks, and police administration. We truly understand the needs of today’s public safety agencies from the inside out.
