Review Summary
Generated using AI from real user reviews
SunSmart Global delivers solid multi-client fleet management, though reporting customization can be cumbersome. Users praise the structured onboarding process, which gets new accounts live faster than competitors and sets clients up with real operational data within days. The core features—load tracking, driver assignment, and document management—work reliably, and the mobile driver interface requires minimal training. Where friction emerges is in the reporting module: customizing templates for individual clients is error-prone, with accidental changes affecting shared layouts. Users report needing to rebuild reports after missteps, which adds overhead in multi-client operations. For agency-focused buyers managing several customer accounts, the platform's strength in onboarding and day-to-day dispatch operations outweighs reporting limitations—but expect to budget extra time for report management during peak periods.

“The onboarding experience is what genuinely surprised me. I manage…”
The onboarding experience is what genuinely surprised me. I manage trucking operations on behalf of several clients, so standing up a new platform usually means a week of confusion, frantic emails to support, and at least one client asking why nothing works yet. SunSmart Global was different. Their setup team walked me through the core modules in a structured sequence, not just a generic demo dump, and by day three I had two client accounts configured with real dispatch data flowing through. That first week set a tone I wasn't expecting.
Six months on, the platform still holds up well for multi-client use. Load tracking, driver assignment, and document management are all solid enough that I rarely need to go digging for things. The mobile view for drivers is clean and my clients' operators picked it up with almost no handholding. Where I do get a little frustrated is the reporting side. Customizing a report for one client without accidentally affecting another client's template is awkward, and I've had to rebuild a layout more than once after a wrong click. It's not a dealbreaker, but it adds friction on a Friday afternoon.
For anyone evaluating this for agency-style use, where you're running the software on behalf of others rather than internally, the onboarding support alone is worth a lot. They respond quickly, the documentation is genuinely readable, and the first-week guidance feels like it was written for people who don't have the luxury of a long ramp-up. I'd say the value for the price is fair, though there's room for the reporting tools to grow before this becomes a complete recommendation without any caveats.
