Most of my merchant onboarding work happens away from a desk, and Templar handles that without complaint. I'm maybe eight weeks into the beta and I've completed full merchant applications from a coffee shop, a parking lot, and once from the back of a rideshare. The mobile experience is genuinely smooth for a product this early.
For a non-profit broker operation where staff are constantly on the move, the digital-first onboarding flow is a real relief. Customer support has been quick to respond when I've had questions. Promising start.
