Clean. Intuitive. Fast to navigate. That's the short version after five-plus years of running mentoring programs solo through Together Software. I set up and manage everything myself, no IT support, no admin team, and the interface has never once made me feel like I needed either. Matching participants, tracking session notes, nudging people through milestones, it all lives exactly where you'd expect it to. The UI hasn't become cluttered over time the way a lot of tools do when they bolt on new features. It's actually gotten sharper.
What I appreciate most, and this matters when you're the only one steering the ship, is that I can onboard a new cohort start to finish without consulting a help doc. The logic of the platform just makes sense. Customer service has been solid too, though honestly I rarely need them. If you're evaluating this as a solo operator managing mentoring programs for clients, the day-to-day experience is genuinely the strongest argument for it.
