The same 'payment taken but domain not renewed' has also happened to me. Worse, my domain has subsequently been purchased by another registrant in the meantime. Please report your incident to ICANN https://icannportal.force.com/compliance/s/renewal-redemption to prevent this from happening to anyone on auto-renew or who is responding to their email request for payment. It seems to be automated to take payments but not deliver.

Do not use this company! they must have gone bust as no one is replying to tickets, emails or contacts. This kind of thing is operated as a franchise system. UKSECUREWEB are a franchisee, they will be using a hosting company in the background "the franchise" in my case it was a company called ENOM. I can contact them directly to move my domain onto a new provider as this is their responsibility.. the money I pay to UKSECUREWEB is ultimately given to ENOM after they take their cut. I have had multiple web hosting packages and domains for years with UK Secure and never a problem until this year. Zero response from the company via web chat, email and the land line appears to no longer exist. They did however, manage to take payments from me! So that part of the business seems to be functioning fine! I have been trying to release my domains from them but the client area will not allow it. Really frustrated with them. DO NOT sign up with this company! the automated website will take your money but there appears to be nobody at the helm. No customer service, the help l;line is disconnected. It looks like they have gone bust but failed to tell their customers. I am trying to cancel but with no customer services, that seems impossible. I am a long-standing customer and previously had a good servicer and direct contact with Ed Well,s the owner.

I have been working with a client that uses UK Secure Webhosting and our website suddenly got hacked. Absolutely no support from UK Secure Webhosting, tickets raised and no response. Phones are all turned off. The worst part is, you have to submit a request to cancel! Which they obviously haven't responded too. You do not have access to remove your own payment details from the website! This company is not going to let us cancel and will keep taking payments. This company is fraudulent and I will be getting police and trading standards involved. Avoid at all costs!

Cannot access website via admin, cpanel or webmails since Covid-19 disruptions. Have sent numerous tickets, phone line constantly engaged, have emailed and still no response whatsoever for over 4 weeks. Customer service does not exist. We provide frontline services to the prisons and need to access our website to notify visitors of present arrangements etc. It is imperative we get a response and there is absolutely nothing from them. They are however sending out their invoices for payment!!!!

I am bitterly disappointed with Uk secure Web hosting and their customer support. I paid for a domain name renewal and they did not renew it. Now my domain name has been suspended.... my email and website are both down and my business cannot operate. No response to online enquiries, tickets opened, phone number not answering. How can they call themselves a Provider? I will be taking my business away from them and would never recommend them to anyone.

Uk Secure Web Hosting seem to have all but disappeared. I noticed problems when I started to get bill for the same domains then my key domain was never re-newed. Numerous emails/calls to Nominet and other bodies I've managed to move all my domains over to 1&1 who have been very helpful. Somethings not right with this company. They still have a functioning website, will still take money from you, but they will not provide a service that you are paying for.
