Setting up user permissions across our department took maybe an afternoon. That genuinely surprised me. The Personnel Cloud lets you carve out access roles with enough granularity that I stopped worrying about staff seeing things they shouldn't. Configuration feels intentional rather than bolted on.
One frustration worth flagging: when you need to adjust permissions across multiple modules at once, you're doing it one cloud at a time. Tedious after a while. But for day-to-day admin work, VAIRKKO holds up well. About a year in and I'm not looking elsewhere.
