What is Vinters?
Vinters has been offering dedicated servers for more than 10 years and over that time has grown to be one of the most reliable and trusted providers in the UK. Over the years we have expanded globally to now have points of presence around the world, in New York and Frankfurt as well as our main offices here in Kent. All of our standard dedicated servers are provided with our same day setup service which is free of charge however we are also able to provide custom built solutions within 24 hours whether it be one high powered server or multiple clustered servers. Every server is personally deployed and tested by one of our engineers before it is signed off to the client to ensure a stable and robust service. We also fit APC remote reboot ports as standard which can be accessed along with real time bandwidth graphs from our client portal.

“VooServers is by far the best hosting provider I've ever…”
VooServers is by far the best hosting provider I've ever been with. Found it by chance over 3 years ago when looking for a second dedicated server provider that supported FreeBSD and decided to give it a try since they then had native IPv6. Had the server installed and delivered in no time and it has been running flawlessly ever since. The uptime surpassed 1000 days until a recent much needed reboot, at which point it had been so long that you have to close your eyes and hope for it to come back alive; which it did. But the very best of VooServers is their extremely efficient and friendly customer support. It never ceases to amaze me that whenever I need to open a ticket (which is not very often), for whichever reason, I always get a professional and prompt reply within minutes... 10...15... I honestly don't think it has ever been more than an hour until first contact, not even at weekends. Perhaps I've been lucky. Was only too happy to see they now offer Frankfurt and NY too as an option, so I'm looking forward to the day when we need to order additional servers. Highly recommend!

I can't be happier. I been testing couple of other hosting companies, you name it. I could not be as happy as I am today with VooServers. The team is incredibly nice and professional and always willing to go extra mile for me. I bought initially their VPS in NY and I needed move to London as its closer to me. The team without any hestitation offered me free, quick and hassle free migration, keeping all my data into the new location. What else.. I wanted move this week to my own OS image, the team uploaded my ISO file, created replication of my VPS (for no extra cost) allowed me move all my data to my newly installed OS and only after I told them everything is done, they turn off the old VPS. During my installation, I asked couple of things as I needed some help, the response was rapid and professional, mostly important very friendly. The experience is nothing less than amazing, I cant be happier. Besides the fast round a clock support from the staff, I do like to mention Matt (technical director) he is always very kind and caring, asking if I need anything else and helping whenever I only ask him anything. I am happy and here to stay for years to come, thank you vooservers!

We've been with Vooservers for well over 10 years. It was a 'by chance' referral made by a web developer we were working with at the time. What a stroke of luck. Vooservers host several sites for us from hospitality through to eCommerce. Over the years we've unwittingly tested their patience as we have found (more like stumbled) our way around the complexities of hosting mutliple platforms. Ticket response times have been lightning fast, even out of hours and on weekends. Matt and his team have never lost their cool. Value for money? Almost embarrassing really. We wouldn't dream of shopping around. The service Vooservers provide is way too valuable!

After suffering a number of DDoS's, my host asked me to leave. I searched around an entire day calling numerous companies offering colocation. The last company I called was VooServers, after numerous chats, offers and talks with other companies, VooServers offered everything I needed and more at a reasonable price. Other places didn't have the bandwidth, IP allocation or pricing within our budget. Its been nearly a year and I've had no regrets. Support always on hand, issues dealt with quickly and efficiently (which are rare, I might add). Excellent pings, excellent support, would highly recommend. I've visited the data center myself and its very modern, very secure.
