They got 1 star because zero is not possible. They do not reply to emails or chat. On hold multiple times for over 15 minutes without an answer. The Domain Management page is broken. To pay, you need to agree to the terms & conditions in the registration services agreement. That link is broken. Stay away.....!

This company is horrible! I've been with them for 2 years, and have problems every single day! My internet goes down at least 3 times a day, I pay 65 dollars a month for the fastest speed they have and it's slow! Chantell at billing is rude and hung up on me for telling her my issue and that she hasn't sent me my bill in 3 months and she had the nerve to say that my bill is $205 when I have never missed a payment! this company makes you wait 30 minutes just to speak to someone who doesn't know crap about there internet service! horrible customer service, and I've cancelled my service with them and am going to find a better company! RUN!! DO NOT GO WITH THEM!! my friends and family have cancelled and I feel horrible for referring them to this terrible company!

“I used this ISP at 2 different apartments in Toronto…”
I used this ISP at 2 different apartments in Toronto and they are excellent. I use their 6MBps up 0.8 MBps down service which is essentially Teksavvy resold but without the big bucks. There is no throttling, no contract and unlimited bandwidth. Good tech support though you have to leave thm a message to call back. Thumbs up!
