“I was drawn to WH because of their reasonable prices…”
I was drawn to WH because of their reasonable prices and fact that they offered free SSL by default (by the way installed automatically for me). I didn't have much hope for their support, however I was wrong. When things went pear-shape, their support team stepped up and did above and beyond of what was expected from them. I will recommend them and use them for other web projects without hesitation.
