Unless you're a big company with marketing funds to burn, don't use Wishpond. They tell you they'll grow you subscribers list and you'll see ROI on ads they create and run, and it's not true! We wasted months and thousands of dollars for very, very little ROI and they will not let you out of their 12 month contract without a major penalty. I've been in marketing for decades and never come across this hostage situation in a marketing company. This must be the only way they can keep clients, by forcing them to pay. Steer clear!

Overall: Great! Once I realised the software was not for me - the customer support team were really great with sorting out a refund. They understood my issue and were helpful. Pros: I purchased the software with the specific intent of using the video contest platform.The software is easy to use and for someone like me that is no expert, I could find my way around things very easily. Cons: I cancelled my subscription because you can only upload videos for the contest via a youtube link. This is a barrier for my entrants as they would need a gmail account and sign up to youtube. I want a platform that entrants can just load their video off their device.

It has an interface that allows me to carry out all my tasks in a fairly easy and fast way, it also has all the necessary functions to make all the marketing strategies of my company a success, something that I really liked is the fact that it has an excellent tool to build landing pages, which was wonderful and I have been using it to present my digital business to my clients and capture their data through the same way.
