Overall: Bringing viability of our yards to our customers. This allows them to review not only our productivity but their own employees activities. Reduced customer complaints exponentially. Help to increase productivity by working smarter not harder. Pros: Ease of use. Quick turnaround from purchase to implementation. Visual process for requesting moves. Up-time. Easy report navigation. Company provided training. Easy and quick access to support. Cons: Working on this as I have not found one yet.
