Five years of daily use and I still find myself muttering at the screen. The UI has never quite settled into something intuitive. Navigation between policy controls and access reviews requires too many clicks through menus that don't logically group together, and for a team running lean (as most education organizations do), that friction adds up fast. There have been three interface refreshes in the time I've been on the platform, and each one shuffled familiar things into new places without obvious improvement. Customer support is patient, I'll give them that, but their answers often assume a much larger dedicated security team than we have.
