The user management setup is what won me over. Running a dozen client environments means permissions can get messy fast, and WP Engine keeps it clean. I can give each client access to exactly what they need, nothing more, and spinning up a new environment with the right role configurations takes minutes. Two years in, I haven't once had a client accidentally break something they shouldn't have touched.
The portal itself is intuitive enough that I barely train anyone on it anymore. A quick walkthrough and clients navigate their own dashboards confidently. That kind of friction-free handoff is genuinely rare in managed hosting.
