Connecting Lifelink to my existing scheduling calendar and EHR portal was genuinely easier than I expected. The API documentation is clear, and within a few days I had appointment confirmations flowing through without manually touching anything. Running solo, that kind of tight integration is the whole ballgame for me. Two years in, I still rely on it daily.
The one real snag is that the integration with certain third-party messaging tools can drift after updates, requiring a manual reconnect. Not catastrophic, but annoying when you notice it mid-workflow on a busy afternoon.
