The dashboards genuinely changed how I run my mornings. Five years ago I was cobbling together spreadsheets and end-of-shift summaries just to get a rough picture of where the floor stood. Premier Tech replaced all of that with live production data I can actually trust, and the reporting suite has only gotten sharper over time. Downtime analysis, throughput trends, quality flags, it's all sitting in one place and I can slice it however I need before my 8 a.m. standup. As a smaller operation scaling fast, that kind of visibility used to feel like something only the big players could afford.
What keeps me here is how much the analytics have matured. Custom report builds are straightforward enough that I stopped waiting on anyone else to pull numbers for me. Customer support has been solid too, though response times can drag a little when things get busy on their end. Minor gripe. For a growing shop that needs real operational intelligence without a dedicated data team, this platform punches well above its price point.
