Scaling anything across a growing recruiting department is usually where software quietly starts to break down. Avionte hasn't done that. Over three years, my team has nearly doubled in size, and onboarding new recruiters into the platform is now one of the least painful parts of bringing someone on. The permission structures are sensible, the workflows translate well from one user to the next, and nothing critical falls through the cracks when I add a new seat.
The ATS and payroll side working together in one place is genuinely what keeps me from looking elsewhere. We moved off a patchwork of older tools, and the difference in how quickly my team can get a candidate from submission to first paycheck is noticeable. Customer support has been responsive when it matters, though response times can dip a bit during busy periods. For a mid-market shop trying to grow without hiring an army of ops staff to manage the platform itself, Avionte does the heavy lifting.
