Barely two months in and I'm already wondering how we managed without this. Running programs across two regional campuses means I'm rarely at a desk, and Domo's mobile experience is genuinely the standout. Dashboards load fast on my phone, the card layouts translate well to a small screen, and I can pull grant reporting figures in the middle of a site visit without scrambling back to a laptop. That alone justified the switch for our education-facing team.
The onboarding took a little patience. Some of the connector setup felt clunky the first time through, and I leaned on their support chat more than I expected. They were responsive, though, and the documentation is solid once you know where to look. For a non-profit working with limited IT bandwidth, having everything visible from anywhere has been a real shift in how we work. I'd point any peer organization toward it without hesitation.
