Scaling this across a growing enterprise is where thankscoach genuinely earns its keep. Five years in, I've watched the headcount more than double, and the platform has absorbed every rollout wave without the wheels coming off. Coach matching stays accurate, the development areas are broad enough to cover wildly different manager profiles, and GDPR reporting keeps our legal team satisfied without me having to babysit exports.
The one honest caveat: onboarding velocity for new cohorts depends heavily on how well your internal comms prime people beforehand. That's on us, not them. But if you're running L&D at scale and tired of one-size-fits-all e-learning, this is the real deal.
