Barely two months in on an enterprise rollout and I keep coming back to how clean the UI actually is. No-code workflow builder, drag-and-drop everything, and my non-technical colleagues picked it up faster than any CRM I've pushed out before. The visual design is genuinely intuitive rather than just marketed as intuitive.
One gripe: the sidebar navigation gets cluttered once you activate multiple modules, and finding the right settings page can take a few extra clicks. Small thing, but noticeable when you're moving fast. Overall though, day-to-day use has been much smoother than I expected at this scale.
