The mobile experience is genuinely usable, not an afterthought.
For a workforce spread across multiple time zones, that matters more than any feature on the spec sheet. They've clearly thought about people who aren't sitting at a desk all day. Customer service has been responsive whenever my team hit a snag during onboarding.
