Onboarding new winery clients used to eat a full week of back-and-forth. With Microworks, most of my clients are navigating the core features on their own by day three. The setup flow is genuinely intuitive, and their support team stayed patient through every question my less tech-savvy clients threw at them.
Three years in, I still appreciate how smooth that first week feels. My one gripe: the initial data import can be finicky with older spreadsheet formats, which occasionally adds a catch-up call I didn't budget for. Minor, but worth knowing.
