Barely two months in and I'm genuinely impressed for a solo operator on a budget. The drag-and-drop report builder is fast, the SQL query option is a lifesaver when the visual tools hit their ceiling, and I had my first dashboard embedded in a client site within a week. Good start.
That said, the edge cases are where things get scratchy. Pivot tables with more than a handful of dimensions start acting unpredictably, and I hit a wall trying to blend two data sources that had slightly mismatched column types. The error messages weren't helpful at all, which cost me an afternoon of trial and error. Customer support eventually pointed me in the right direction, but response time was slow for a one-person shop that can't afford to wait. If you're working with clean, well-structured data, this thing sings. Messier real-world data? Budget some troubleshooting time.
