Setting up and managing TrackSmart on behalf of multiple clients is where this tool genuinely earns its keep. The permissions structure is the reason I keep recommending it. Granular, logical, and forgiving when you inevitably need to adjust a role mid-setup. Two years of configuring new client accounts and I still haven't hit a wall.
Admin handoffs to clients are painless. I build the structure, lock what needs locking, and hand over a clean environment. Their support team has been quick and clear on the few occasions I've reached out.
