What won me over, three years into our enterprise rollout, is how cleanly Rubex connects with the other tools we depend on daily. Our HR platform, our accounting suite, our email environment, everything talks to it without the kind of manual bridging that used to eat up whole afternoons. The API connections are solid and the IT team handled configuration without drama.
Document filing really does happen automatically once you set the rules up. Customer service has been responsive every time I've needed a clarification. For an organization this size, that reliability matters more than almost anything else.
