Five-plus years into this platform and the content management side still holds up reasonably well. Tracking how prospects engage with a deck is genuinely useful, and the presentation layer is clean enough that my reps actually use it. But integrations? That's where my patience has worn thin. Connecting ClearSlide to our CRM took weeks of back-and-forth, and the native sync is fragile enough that I've rebuilt the connection twice after updates broke it. Our Slack and Outreach hooks have never worked the way the documentation promises they should.
For a growing team that's adding tools every few months, the integration story just doesn't scale well. Every new connection feels like a workaround rather than a real handoff. Support is responsive but mostly points me to Zapier as the fix for everything, which isn't an answer at this price point. If your stack is simple and stable, you'll probably be fine. Mine isn't, and ClearSlide increasingly feels like it was designed for teams that don't care how their tools talk to each other.
