Genuinely one of the cleanest interfaces I've touched in tax software. Every major function sits exactly where you'd expect it, and after three-plus years of daily use I still don't have to hunt for anything. Filing indirect tax as a solo operator used to mean juggling spreadsheets and second-guessing myself constantly. Vertex just removes that friction.
The dashboard gives me a clear picture of what needs attention without burying me in noise. Customer support has been hit-or-miss on response time, but the product itself rarely gives me a reason to call.
