Configuration is usually where scheduling software falls apart for me. Indeavor does not. Permissions are granular enough that I can give site supervisors exactly what they need without accidentally handing them the keys to everything else. Setting up roles took a weekend, not a month. The admin panel is laid out in a way that actually makes sense after about a year of living in it daily.
For a non-profit with limited IT support, that matters enormously. Support walked my team through the trickier integration steps without making us feel like a low-priority account. Genuinely impressed.
