Five years of daily use and the UI still holds up better than most freight tools I've touched. TLS keeps things logically laid out, so onboarding new dispatchers doesn't turn into a week-long ordeal. Load entry, status updates, customer visibility, it all flows the way you'd expect a purpose-built trucking platform to flow.
The one real gripe: the reporting module feels like it hasn't been touched in a while. Getting a custom summary out of it takes more clicks than it should. Not a dealbreaker, but noticeable.
