Solid as a rock. That's the first thing I noticed after onboarding our small nonprofit's merchandise operation onto Jingling about ten weeks ago. Coming from a cobbled-together spreadsheet setup, I was honestly braced for outages, weird sync errors, or the kind of quiet data bugs that only surface at the worst moment. None of that. The platform has been up every single time I've needed it, which, in a nonprofit context, matters a lot since our team doesn't have a dedicated IT person to chase down issues.
The real-time visibility between what we have in stock and what shoppers are actually browsing is the feature I keep returning to. A couple of minor UI quirks on the iPad version caught me off guard early on, but customer support cleared them up fast. For an education-adjacent org running lean, the reliability alone justifies the investment. I'd feel comfortable pointing other small nonprofits toward this without much hesitation.
