Thirty new team members joined my department over two years, and Sibyl just absorbed that growth without complaint. Onboarding each person is fast, permissions are easy to configure, and the templated surveys mean new colleagues hit the ground running instead of reinventing everything from scratch.
The reporting layer is where it really earns its keep as the team scales. Everyone pulls the same data, the same way. A couple of minor quirks in the integration setup cost me an afternoon early on, but support walked me through it patiently. Genuinely hard to imagine running our feedback program on anything else.
