Clean. Fast. Just obvious to use from day one. PageProofer is the rare tool where the UI actually gets out of your way and lets you focus on the work itself. After three years of daily use across a growing team, nobody has ever needed a tutorial. Annotating directly on live pages, tracking comments, resolving feedback loops, it all just clicks.
One small gripe: the notification settings could use a bit more granularity. But honestly that's a minor quibble. For a startup where everyone is wearing three hats, a tool this frictionless is genuinely rare.
