The dashboard just makes sense. That sounds like a low bar, but after years of squinting at clunky server consoles, finding a UI that doesn't require a manual to navigate is genuinely refreshing. Spinning up or resizing a cloud instance takes me maybe three clicks from the main panel, and our small IT crew picked it up with almost no hand-holding. For a nonprofit organization where staff time is precious and no one can afford a steep learning curve, that matters more than I can overstate. The monitoring views are clear, alerts are configurable without digging through six nested menus, and the overall layout has stayed consistent across the two years I've been on the platform.
My one real complaint is the support ticketing experience. Response times are slower than I'd expect given the price point, and I've had to follow up on tickets more than once before getting a useful reply. It hasn't caused an outage, but it does add friction when something actually goes wrong. Still, the day-to-day usability is strong enough that I'd recommend looking at Rackspace seriously if UI simplicity and stability are your priorities.
