Two years of Dext handling our department's receipt capture and I keep landing on the same conclusion: the price is fair for what it actually does. Supplier rules, auto-categorization, direct push to our accounting software. That's real time back in my day.
My one gripe is the tier structure. A few features I use constantly sit behind the higher plan, and the jump in cost feels steep for a mid-market team that doesn't need every bell. But day-to-day? Genuinely solid value.
