Switching away from our previous paid platform was honestly the best financial decision my small nonprofit made last year. The old software nickel-and-dimed us on every feature, and half of what we paid for was overkill for an organization our size. Wave just... handles it. Invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation, all in one place, free. I was skeptical about losing functionality, but a year in, I genuinely haven't missed anything meaningful. The receipt capture alone saves me real time each month.
